Jeannie Britzmann, the newest member of the McKnight Crossings Church of Christ ministry staff, is an Associate Minister. Jeannie assists the MX ministry leaders in their vision, ministry direction, leadership development, and volunteer recruitment. She oversees MX ministries to ensure that they align with MX’s mission and are bearing healthy fruit. Over the last twenty years she has been involved with teaching students from all stages of life; from the graduate level-University of Washington Masters of Taxation, to high school level-Mathematics, to homeschooling her three daughters. Jeff Kryder is the McKnight Crossings Church of Christ Senior Minister. After training in the St. Louis Spiritual Internship, Jeff moved to Hartford, Connecticut where he started a church and served as minister and church planter. In 1992, Jeff moved back to St. Louis where he was a trainer for the St. Louis Spiritual Internship assisting with the sending of mission teams around the world. For a number of years, Jeff was the preaching minister for the Mid-County Church. Jeff has a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University and a M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. Jeremy Picker is McKnight Crossings Church of Christ’s Family & Worship Minister. His primary responsibilities are working with children from birth - 5th Grade and their parents. Jeremy is especially passionate about ministering to young dads and helping parents build faith within their family. Jeremy married his wife Laura in December of 2000 and they have three children--Kennedy, Ansley, & Ian--who add a lot of fun to family life. In addition to spending time with his family Jeremy loves playing most sports, watching the Cardinals, eating BBQ, coaching his kid’s teams, and going on dates with his wife. Michalie Brown is one of the NextGen Ministers here at McKnight Crossings where she serves KidsCrossings, the Student Ministry and their families. Michalie grew up in Saint Louis, attended Lafayette Church of Christ and first became acquainted with McKnight through area-wide teen events. After earning her degree in public relations from Harding University in 2017, she stuck around Harding and worked for University Communications for a little over a year before she began to feel a call towards ministry. When the opportunity to pursue ministry so close to home presented itself, she couldn't help but jump on it! Michalie joined our team at MX in April of 2019. Heather Goff has recently joined the Next Gen ministry as their Coordinator; assisting with kids and students. Heather grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received her B.S in Family and Consumer Science Education from Harding University in 2001. After teaching high school for 5 years, Heather made the decision to be a stay at home mom. Throughout the years Heather has been active in church bible studies, PTO and co directing VBS. In 2017 Heather rejoined the workforce as Beechwold Christian Church secretary. Heather and her husband Jeff have moved 7 times; the last one being to St. Louis in 2018. She has two kids Grady, 11 and Liberty, 8. Her family enjoys the pool, Jeff’s grill and traveling. Heather is excited to be apart of the MX family using her talents and skills to love on kids.
Matt Earnhart is one of the NextGen Ministers here at McKnight Crossings where he works primarily with the Student Ministry and their families. Matt is from the Saint Louis area and grew up in Kirkwood. He went to the Mid-County Church of Christ and first became familiar with McKnight after being involved in area-wide teen events throughout St. Louis. After earning his first degree from Pepperdine University in 2010, Matt moved back to St. Louis to attend graduate school, obtain a masters in secondary education and become a middle school teacher. Matt has been teaching in the Kirkwood area for 7 years and has been working part-time with the teen ministry at McKnight for 2 years.
